By submitting your CV, you authorise the Administrator to process the personal information you provide, namely your name, address, email address, telephone number, and any personal information you provide on your CV, in order to arrange employment contracts or similar forms of cooperation.

In accordance with valid legal regulations, we will inform you in writing upon your request whether we have stored any of your personal information and what personal information it is. You also have the right to request, for example, rectification, the prohibition of processing of such personal data or its deletion in accordance with the law.

You may exercise your rights in connection with the processing of your personal data in any form, in particular by sending your request to our registered office. In order to maintain the security of our clients’ data, it is essential that your request to exercise your rights bears your officially certified signature. We will process your request without undue delay, no later than one month from the date of receipt. In exceptional cases, especially in cases caused by the complexity of your request, we are entitled to extend this period by another two months. We will inform you in advance of any extension and its justification.

In conclusion, we would like to point out that we are entitled to reject manifestly unreasonable or disproportionate requests for exercising the rights of entities or to impose a reasonable fee for complying with a request, taking into account the administrative costs involved in processing such requests.
